Location, additional information and accommodation
Vama is a rural locality in Bucovina, a former customs point on the Suceava-Bistrita road. Vama currently offers a variety of accommodation possibilities to tourist, such as agrotourist boarding houses or bed and breakfast accommodation, which is the most common form of accommodation in the region.
All presentations will take place at Bucovina Lodge (www.bucovinalodge.com). The Lodge is 300 meters from the main road and from the center of Vama. The road to the Lodge is marked on the main road.
We recommend that you make the necessary arrangements for booking your accommodation in advance (July – August). You can book directly by contacting the guesthouse you wish to stay with or through High Life Events Management, which has a number of rooms already booked for this event.

Official language
The official language is Romanian and English. A limited translation service will be available on request for this event.
Cancellations
Because this year’s number of places is strictly limited, please let us know as soon as possible if there are any problems or if you cannot attend so that you can offer your place to another participant. The participation fee can be reimbursed 100% only to those who cancel their participation until October 1st 2024.
Banking services
A BRD branch and several ATMs are available in the center of Vama.
Cocktails and companions
Cocktails are included in the registration fee. Pre-registration of attendants is mandatory.
Cyber Zone
A wireless network is available for all participants in Bucovina Lodge. We recommend all participants come with laptops or personal tablets.
Weather & Dress Code
The forecast for October 17-19 2024 is 3 to 12 degrees Celsius, with the real possibility of rain.
Dress code is informal. Rubber boots and an umbrella are essential fashion accessories for the Vama and this year.
